On February 8th, Sony is going to push 1.6 update for PS Vita devices and this update will enable full navigation functionality with maps application added to home screen and ability to record videos using inbuild camera application. Do note that you need to get the Wi-Fi+3G version as the Wi-Fi only version doesn't come with GPS module.
