This boxy thing has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, 500GB of storage and a battery. Or you can just say 4G LTE Mobile wireless storage, a first in the industry. Developed by Verizon and Seagate, users can download media directly to the HDD without the need to have it connected to PC all the time and stream the media to three devices (max) over Wi-Fi.
“Seagate continues to innovate in new ways for consumers to enjoy their use of storage technologies,” said Scott Horn, vice president of global marketing for Seagate. “This showcase of 4G LTE storage opens up a whole new world of possibilities for consumers to access the content they desire on the go.”
