Yawn! Apple sues Sammy again

This time, Apple is targeting barn on 10 Samsung smartphones in Germany. Apple has field a lawsuit against Samsung in Dusseldorf Regional Court and this time, they are requesting ban on all Galaxy series smartphones (15 in total). There is another lawsuit filed against Samsung requesting ban on tablets designed by Samsung. The hearing will happen in August for smartphone lawsuit and tablets lawsuit will commence in September.

Thanks to this public spat between these two companies, European Commission is now investigating this patent fight(s) and it may begin anti-trust investigation on both the companies, according to arstechnica.
