Yes. The above image is that of a mouse and Logitech says that they have reinvented the mouse. Similar to Apple's magic mouse, the top surface of Logitech Cube supports gestures. The moment you lift Cube, it turns into presenter. To go to next slide, click on the surface, turn the mouse over and you go back to previous slide. Cube comes with build in Lithium Polymer battery and can be recharged via USB.
