You might yawn and say that there is nothing new here. But news is news. For second year in a row, AT&T has bagged 'worst carrier' tag in a survey done by Consumer Reports while Verizon stayed in top spot.
Of the four major U.S. national cell-phone standard service providers, Verizon again scored the highest in this year’s Ratings, followed closely by Sprint. Survey respondents gave very good scores to Verizon for texting and data service satisfaction, as well for staff knowledge.Head here if you want to read the detailed report.
