IDC releases 3Q'11 tablet marketshare detail

And the winner is ***yaaawn***, iOS. HP's firesale of Touchpad gave them 5% marketshare and resulted in Android's marketshare falling from 33.2% to 32.4% and Apple's from  63.3% to 61.5% Still, Apple's tablet shipments increased from 9.3 million units to 11.1 million units. 1. iOS : 61.5%
2. Android : 32.4%
3. WebOS : 5%

Top Manufacturers:

1. Apple : 61.5%
2. Samsung : 5.6%
3. HP : 5%

IDC expects Android share to rise rapidly in 4Q'11, thanks to Kindle Fire and grab marketshare from HP, Apple and RIM.
