Chrome 16 released, Chrome 15 is now the most popular browser

Chrome 15 has edged Internet Explorer 8 to become the world's most popular web browser. Chrome 15 has got 23.6% of web traffic while IE8 has 23.5%. Firefox 8 took the third spot with 12% traffic. On the whole though, IE still commands lead with 40% of marketshare.

Google has yesterday launched Chrome 16 and the changes include:

• More Google Cloud Print options.
• Multiple profiles
• Bug fixes and enhancements
