This should bring a broad smile to those who are using LG Optimus lineup of smartphones. LG has announced on their facebook page that they are working on updating Optimus 2X, the Optimus Black, the Optimus 3D and the Optimus LTE to Icecream Sandwich version of Android (4.0).
In December this year, the forthcoming upgrade schedule and
additional specific models for the ICS OS upgrade will be posted on our
LG Mobile Global Facebook page (www.facebook.com/LGMobile) and on our
local LG websites. Please stay tuned for more updates from LG.
LG will also evaluate the possibility of updating their other Android devices to Inecream Sandwich.
