Apple's A5 chip is now in full production at Samsung's new $3.6 billion factory in Austin, Texas. This plant is mostly dedicated to produce Apple A5 chip, which is currently used in iPhone 4S and iPad 2. There are reports that Apple will stick to Samsung to manufacture A6 chip instead of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company.
